Buying legal bud online can be simple if you know where to look.

Do your homework when choosing a site to buy legal bud from. Not all sources will give you a decent legal bud. Some wont even ship you any bud after you order. Those types are rare and often don’t last long. Still, some legal bud companies sell complete shit and at best only give you a monster headache. Check our site for legal bud reviews or check YouTube for other places that tell you where to buy legal bud.

Is It Legal To Buy Legal Bud Online

This is not an easy one to answer. If you’re buying legal bud from a reputable source, say IO, then yes it’s totally legal to buy legal bud online. If you’re buying “herbal incense” on the other hand you could be buying a product that is illegal. Most legal buds do not contain any illegal substances. If the legal bud you are buying list that can not be shipped to certain states then most likely it is federally banned. This is because it contains a mix of illegal research chemicals. All most all of these research chemicals have been banned from the market.

Where To Buy Legal Buds Online

If you visit our sponsors we can tell you that you will receive a top legal bud. Not only do our sponsors provide excellent legal buds but they often throw in freebies when you order. Sometimes it’s a joint roller or even sample legal buds. We put up their banners for legal buds because we KNOW they have great products, ship on time and respond to costumer messages. Not many other places do that. If we had any complaints for them from or readers we would have pulled their links immediately . So where to buy legal buds? Our sponsors IO are our top choice.

Our legal bud reviews are base on a set of five criteria. Not all legal buds are the same, so we pick a variety and use criteria that can be applied to all our legal bud reviews.

Criteria #1 for our bud reviews…

What does it look like?

When doing our legal bud reviews both the appearance of the bud as well as the texture are taken into account. The legal bud should be well formed, look like its name – you know, BUD and shouldn’t be overly dry. We also look for the buds to be slightly tacky (as in sticky not like your gramma’s wallpaper). This ensures a more natural smoke. Legal Buds that have been dried for too long don’t roll or pack well, smoke well or hold up in shipping. Over dry product ends up a crumbled, overpriced mess. Color and presentation are evaluated too. We like to take into account whether the product actually resembles a natural nug or if it looks like over dried oregano in a plastic baggie. Often times, we have found there is a direct correlation between quality of product and quality of packaging. If the packaging looks professionally printed and sealed, more often than not, the legal bud will be of higher quality as well with is noted in the legal bud review.

Criteria #2 for selecting the best legal buds…

What does it smell like before you smoke it?

Legal buds are also known as herbal smoke and herbal incense, so the smell should be, well … herbal. Often times legal buds have a potent odor likened to dried flowers, a hookah lounge or tea shop. THIS IS GOOD! What herbal smoke should not smell like is chemicals. If you notice an artificial smell or a chemical cleaner type smell I would avoid smoking that product. In our legal bud reviews we look for natural, floral, sweet and savory smells. I like it when the product comes in a resealable container since the smell is sometimes very strong. A strong odor isn’t necessarily bad if its a strong odor of herbs. Keep a nose out for a rubbing alcohol, ammonia or chemical smell. And just a reminder – herbal smoke does not smell like marijuana.

Criteria #3 for weeding out the fake herbal smokes…

What does it taste like while your smoking it?

Every smokable product whether cigars, legal buds or cigarettes has a flavor both while you are smoking and the after taste that lingers on the palate. Quality legal buds should have a myriad of flavors and should resemble the aroma of its pre – lit state. It should be an enjoyable smoking experience. Often the smoke is a bit harsh but the harshness can be cut by using a vaporizer or water pie. Fake herbal smokes will have a chemical smell, an especially harsh smoke and a nasty after-taste and may burn your eyes. We have taken the beating for you! Smoked a shit load of nasty product so you don’t have to. I’ll probably get some weird ass form of lung cancer from all the shitty, chemical sprayed legal bud I’ve smoked. So check out our legal bud reviews to stay safe and get a good bud.

Criteria #4 used in writing our legal bud reviews….

What does it smell like when it’s lit?

Lit legal buds should have an aroma of incense with an undertone of a marijuana-like smell. Not at all unappealing. This should be an aromatic, enjoyable scent that permeates the room. Fake legal buds will smell like you just poured gas on the front lawn and set it on fire. It’s nasty and you’ll notice a difference. You don’t need to be a legal bud connoisseur, like me, to tell what is crap and what isn’t. We’re here to help direct you to the right products through our legal bud reviews.

Criteria #5 for selecting solid legal buds…

What effects does it have during and after you smoke it?

There are a few things legal buds should definitely do; They should give you a pleasant feeling. This feeling should be mildly euphoric. This relaxed state should last between 20 min to an hour. There are a few things legal herbal smoke can do and should not. You should not have a headache when you come down from your relaxed state. You should not have sore or burning lungs. You shouldn’t have a sore throat. Positive effects are achieved through good products and quality ingredients. Bad side effects are avoided by purchasing the good stuff. It’s that easy and all reflected in our legal bud reviews.

Be sure to check out our legal bud reviews category for all our bud reviews!

Inhaling legal bud smoke is the fastest route into your blood stream. Research shows that inhaling legal bud smoke causes severe harm to the lungs. Studies conducted in Australia show that 95% of the herbs in legal bud is absorbed in the first few seconds of inhaling. Holding the smoke a little longer permits more tar and other harmful chemicals to be absorbed. Irritation of the throat and the lungs is one of the leading adverse effects that a legal bud smoker experiences with such process. Because of this, researches have found a way to turn around things. It is found that through vaporization, adverse effects of smoking legal bud will be reduced if not totally eliminated.

Vaporization is a technique that can be used in order to avoid irritating respiratory toxins present in marijuana smoke to be inhaled. Through a vaporizer, the legal bud is heated and not burnt, releasing the herb as vapor which is the one that is inhaled rather than smoke. Laboratory studies by California NORML and MAPS have justified how vaporizes can efficiently transport legal bud without the risk of inhaling harmful toxins. These toxins that are present in legal bud are highly carcinogenic polynuclear aromatic hydrocarbons, which are key suspects in cigarette-related cancers. The act of burning the drug causes the release of these toxins as byproduct. Statistics show that although the correlation between legal bud and cancer has not been established, it can’t be denied that legal bud smoking has resulted to an elevated risk of bronchitis and respiratory infections.

With the promise of legal bud vaporizers, users may now inhale active herbs while avoiding harmful smoke toxins. Vaporizers heat legal buds to a temperature of 180 – 200°C, translating that it is not fully combusted and no smoke is produced. With such, herbal compounds are emitted with reduced, if not totally eliminated, carcinogenic tars and noxious gases found in smoke. Vaporizers have been actually tested by some medical marijuana patients and have found that it is very effective to relieve irritation. There are also other alternatives to vaporizers such as water pipes. But vaporizers are by far the most effective out there

A minute amount of the cleansing products in a urine sample — just 0.1 milliliters or less — was found to cause a positive result.

Researchers at the University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill, began studying the issue after an unusually high number of newborns in their nursery began testing positive for marijuana exposure. Newborn screening for marijuana at hospitals, particularly among babies of women who are considered at high risk of drug use, is not uncommon: at U.N.C. Chapel Hill, 10% to 40% of newborns are tested.

Positive results can precipitate an investigation by child welfare authorities. “We really did this to help protect families from being falsely accused,” study co-author Dr. Carl Seashore, a pediatrician in the U.N.C. Chapel Hill newborn nursery, told My Health News Daily…

Los Angeles, California (PRWEB) May 30, 2012

When production for new movie High School kicked into “HIGH” gear, the company contacted International Oddities’ Movie Department about providing look-alike movie “stunt” buds. A veteran supplier for Hollywood’s smoking movies, International Oddities quickly assembled the requested legal bud and shipped a quantity of both large and small buds that were indeed legal, in a variety of strains.

High School the new movie opening June 1st stars Adrien Brody as Psycho Ed, a one-time law student turned tattoo-covered, pistol-packing marijuana drug-dealer. Would-be slackers rule the day as director/co-writer John Stalberg Jr., in his debut feature, whips up the newest classic stoner comedy to go down in history and not up in smoke. Top student Henry Burke (Matt Bush) unfortunately decides to try smoking pot for the first time with stoner friend Travis Breaux (Sean Marquette) the day before Principal Gordon (Michael Chiklis) decides to drug test the entire student body in his crusade to root out the evil weed, Marijuana.

Henry, slated to be the school’s valedictorian and attend MIT on scholarship, freaks out at his impending doom, and instead concocts an inspired plan with Breaux to steal a large stash of chronic from the local drug dealer, Psycho Ed, and bake ganja Kief into the brownies being sold at the school bake sale.

Swapping out the brownies and getting the entire school stoned, including the faculty, is their scheme to neutralize Principal Gordon’s expulsion threat and beat the system. This hilarious romp continues as a ticked off Psycho Ed pursues the pair while the entire student body gets higher and higher.

While marijuana use by teens has been increasing since 2005, an analysis of data from 1993 through 2009 by economists at three universities has found no evidence to link the legalization of medical marijuana to increased use of the drug among high school students.

“There is anecdotal evidence that medical marijuana is finding its way into the hands of teenagers, but there’s no statistical evidence that legalization increases the probability of use,” said Daniel I. Rees, a professor of economics at the University of Colorado Denver.

Rees co-authored the study with Benjamin Hansen, assistant professor of economics at the University of Oregon and D. Mark Anderson, assistant professor of economics at Montana State University.

They examined the relationship between the legalization of medical marijuana and marijuana consumption using nationally representative data on high school studentsfrom the Youth Risky Behavior Survey (YRBS) for the years 1993 through 2009, a period when 13 states, including Alaska, California, Colorado, Hawaii, Maine, Nevada, Oregon and Washington, legalized medical marijuana. Seventeen states and the District of Columbia now have such laws with legislation pending in seven others.

“This result is important given that the federal government has recently intensified its efforts to close medical marijuana dispensaries,” said Hansen, who studies risky behaviors of adolescents and adults. “In fact, the data often showed a negative relationship between legalization and marijuana use.”

Federal officials, including the Director of the Office of National Drug Control Policy, argue that the legalization of medical marijuana has contributed to the recent increase in marijuana use among teens in the United States and have targeted dispensaries operating within 1,000 feet of schools, parks and playgrounds.

According to the 2011 report “Monitoring the Future National Results on Adolescent Drug Use,” prepared annually by the University of Michigan Institute for Social Research, marijuana use by 10th and 12th graders has risen in the last three years, with roughly one in 15 high school seniors smoking marijuana daily or near-daily. The report, cited in the economists’ study, surveyed 46,700 students in the eighth, 10th and 12th grades, in 400 secondary schools.

The new study “Medical Marijuana Laws and Teen Marijuana Use” currently is a non-peer-reviewed working paper made available by the Institute for the Study of Labor (IZA), a private, non-profit independent research institute based in Bonn, Germany, that conducts internationally oriented labor market research. The paper is available online at http://www.iza.org/en/webcontent/publications/papers/viewAbstract?dp_id=6592.

Researchers examined the relationship between legalization and a variety of outcomes including: marijuana use at school, whether the respondent was offered drugs on school property, alcohol use, and cocaine use. Their results provided no evidence that legalization led to increases in the use of marijuana at school, the likelihood of being offered drugs on school property, or the use of other substances.

In addition to using the national YRBS, the researchers drew on state YRBS data for the period 1993 through 2009 and data from the National Longitudinal Survey of Youth 1997 (NLSY97). None of these sources provided evidence that teenage marijuana use increases with the legalization of medical marijuana.

The YRBS and NLSY97 contain information on self-reported marijuana use. The researchers also analyzed the Treatment Episode Data Set (TEDS), which contains information on whether patients at federally funded drug treatment facilities tested positive for marijuana upon admission. The results suggested that legalization of medical marijuana was unrelated to the likelihood that patients ages 15-20 tested positive for marijuana.

“We are confident that marijuana use by teenagers does not increase when a state legalizes medical marijuana,” said Montana State’s Anderson, who studies health economics, risky behavior and crime.

DeKalb County Sheriff Jimmy Harris said the sale of spice had gone underground.

Spice — a form of synthetic marijuana — was the topic of a press conference DeKalb County District Attorney Mike O’Dell held in early May. O’Dell told the media 30 people in DeKalb County had developed kidney problems from the drug and some even required dialysis.

Since the May press conference, Harris said investigators have not received any more reports of sickness from the use of spice.

“We’re working some cases now,” Harris said. “But, there haven’t been any more reports to the sheriff’s office about people getting sick.”

Harris said the original reports that came in to his office were from parents. He didn’t exclude the possibility there were additional cases of people getting sick because the Privacy Act prohibits hospitals from directly reporting to police.

John Huffman, an organic chemist at Clemson University, developed the initial spice compound in the 1990s. He was doing an experiment to produce synthetic cannabinoids and came up with a compound he named JWH-018.

He published a paper on the compound in 1998 and wrote a chapter in a 2008 book detailing the compound. The drug became popular in Europe in 2008 and was eventually banned in Germany, France, Chile, Poland, Russia, South Korea, Sweden, Switzerland, Austria and the United Kingdom.

The drug eventually made its way to the United States. As of March 1, 2011, JWH-018 and four other cannabinoid compounds were made illegal in the U.S.. However, a wide variety of other synthetic marijuana compounds are still on the market. The compounds are fairly easy to make and can be altered to skirt federal law.

In early October, Gov. Robert Bentley signed an executive order that effectively outlawed synthetic marijuana in the state.

Bentley’s order came after Don Williamson, the state’s health officer, issued an emergency order making illegal the possession or sale of chemical compounds typically found in synthetic marijuana. The order included 24 additional substances that were added to the states Schedule I Controlled Substance List. The new law took effect Oct. 24.

“We haven’t had a bunch of calls about spice,” Harris said. “Everybody that we were trying to buy from has taken it off the shelves. We haven’t had an outpouring of calls about it. I’m not sure if they’re scared to sell it or waiting to see if it blows over before they try to move their product. The places that were selling to our undercover officers aren’t selling. The law has made them go underground.”

Gov. Rick Snyder is expected today to sign a package of bills that will outlaw the synthetic drugs known as K-2 or Spice.

The substance has been sold legally because it is marketed as herbal incense or potpurri, and is labeled “not for human consumption.” However, police agencies from around metro Detroit have reported multiple crimes, bizarre incidents, and even the overdose death of a Bloomfield Township teen tied to it’s use as a recreational drug.

Oliver Smith, 18, was found dead on May 26 by a fisherman on the shore of Wing Lake, andBloomfield Township Police said his death was directly related to using K-2. The tragedy sparked a national petition drive to implement a federal ban, and mobilized local municipalities to implement their own ordinances prohibiting its distribution at businesses like gas stations and smoke shops. Troy became the latest city to implement a ban on Monday night.

The ban allows the Director of Community Health the ability to notify the administrator of the Board of Pharmacy that it should meet to temporarily ban a substance that DCH has determined can cause imminent danger to a person’s health. It would temporarily classify the synthetic drugs as a controlled substance, which then helps law enforcement combat legal loopholes should different chemical variations of K-2 begin to enter the market.

Snyder is expected to sign the bills prior to an interactive tele-town hall today that will take place at the Northville Township offices at 6:30 p.m. Snyder will take questions online, from Lansing, via a Google+ Hangout from groups in Northville and other towns around Michigan.
