It is completely legal in the US, it does not show up on ANY drug tests, It is not an analog of THC so you can't get busted by drug dogs since it doesn't smell like weed. Hell you could smoke this right in front of a cop and they couldn't do anything about it. The high is just like the real thing, with no legal problems or drug test worries.
